June 23RD-June 30TH 2014

We are delighted to announce that Summer 2014 will mark the initiation of Charity Lacrosse’s first trip to Guatemala with our newest partner institution: ______________.

AEF is an international university located in the heart of Florence, Italy. Lacrosse players ages 16 and up (high school and college) will have the opportunity to experience a 10 day study abroad experience in Florence, showing locals how to lax like an American while contributing to Florence through Charity Lacrosse’s signature community service.

Participants will take an introductory Italian course every morning and enjoy group trips to surrounding Italian cities in Tuscany and beyond. Music, art, and cultural courses are all available as well.

High School students will be able to reference a study abroad experience on their college transcripts and college students can take class for credit.

Both AEF faculty and Charity Lacrosse staff will be on site to ensure safety and supervision. Students will be placed in apartments within five minutes walk of the AEF headquarters. The goal is to realize our vision of a multidimensional all-purpose experience that will impact participants educationally, culturally, and athletically.
